NEW ORLEANS – There’s already a possibility to seize the oil spill on Monday from the exploded oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico.

British Petroleum (BP), the owner of the exploded oil rig, announced that if the new cap will be placed in the oil well, there’s already a possibility to stop the oil spill.

Coast Guard Admiral Thad Allen announced that this is a good news after two and a half (2 1/2) months of oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

If the said project would be successful, no additional oil will be spilled in the ocean, instead all of it will go directly to the tankers which siphons the oil.

But this is not a permanent solution. The only way to say that there’s no oil spill is to dig two (2) oil wells near the exploded oil rig.

The said cap will be placed this weekend through robot submarines wherein BP had taken advantage of the good weather.

But if the first cap that was already in place will be supplanted, the oil spill in the ocean will not stop for (48) hours before it will be controlled again using the new cap.

Except the new cap, the British Petroleum had already attached another containment ship that has a capability to siphon one (1) million gallons of oil everyday and now it is fully operational.
